Recruitment Resourcer

We're looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer for a particularly busy period (next 3 months) with a view to going permanent if successful. Experience preferred, but willing to offer training to suitable candidates.

Full training / equipment offered, but experience with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is needed.

ROLE: Recruitment Resourcer

LOCATION: Cheltenham (with remote available)

SALARY: up to 27k (+ commission)

TYPE: Permanent OR Contract

The Recruitment Resourcer role involves:

• Marketing of live positions (job boards/LinkedIn)
• Outreach and subsequent follow-up to potential candidates
• Candidate screening
• Time management
