Job Description

Are you passionate about IT? Do you have previous experience working within IT support? Are you a driver that lives locally to the Watford area? If so I'm recruiting for a fantastic organisation in the Watford area that are looking to add to their IT team.

This opportunity would suit a candidate who has previous experience within IT support, a keen interest in IT, as well as someone who is a great team player with strong communication skills.

Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Salary - 30,000 with some great benefits including some hybrid working

Some of the duties will include:

  • Working within a team to assist with support ticket resolution
  • Assisting with the joiner/leaver/mover process
  • Taking ownership of mobile device management
  • Acting as first point of contact for IT support incidents, ensuring a timely resolution
  • Administration of cloud and on-premises IT systems
  • Providing IT equipment and running inductions for colleagues
  • Communicate to colleagues how they support incidents are progressing
  • Taking part in project work

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within and a keen interest in IT
  • Strong team player with the ability to make strong working relationships
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Prioritising day to day workload
  • Must be able to drive due to location
  • Local to the Watford area
