The ideal candidate: KS1 Class Teacher

Holds QTS (essential)

Has experience teaching in KS1 (or strong primary placement experience)

Demonstrates commitment to the school's ethos and values

Is enthusiastic, reflective, and a strong team player

Is an inspirational teacher with a passion for raising attainment

Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
