Creation of new concepts to meet packaging briefs The ability to gain an insight into design trends across different market segments to allow proactive approaches to our customers and the markets in which they belong. Prototyping & Testing : Develop prototypes, conduct material analysis, and perform structural integrity tests to ensure designs meet performance and cost requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with sales teams, graphic designers, and manufacturing to translate customer needs into practical, cost-effective solutions. Technical Documentation : Prepare detailed specifications, dielines, and setup instructions for production and retail environments. Continuous Improvement : Evaluate existing packaging for improvements in style, function, cost, and ease of assembly.
