This team delivers planned, preventative and responsive building repairs for our end client, the NHS. The role is based in Sidcup and is responsible for our flagship NHS Acute Hospital contract. Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing hard facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare sector. Rydon Maintenance provides hard FM (facilities management) services across England for a growing number of NHS Trusts. We look after more than 250 buildings on behalf of 20 NHS Trusts on a planned, responsive repairs and small works projects basis. We provide maintenance services to hospitals, ambulance trusts, primary care trusts as well as mental health trusts. Job Purpose The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of Hard FM Services including health, safety, quality and performance across a portfolio of healthcare sites. These sites include a mixture of community health and PFI health care facility centres.
