An established, fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their ambitious and high-performing team. This is a role offering real autonomy, huge project variety and the chance to be part of a team on track to become one of the strongest CDM functions in the UK.
The business works with major blue chip clients such as Kier, McLaren and other nationally recognised organisations. Their CDM division is small but exceptionally talented, consisting of three young, skilled professionals who currently turn over around 350,000 a year between them and already have a pipeline exceeding 1.5 million in upcoming work.
They are growing at pace and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that continually invests in its people, promotes from within and welcomes fresh ideas.
You will be joining a close, supportive group made up of:
An Associate CDM PD
A Senior CDM PD
A Junior CDM PD
Everyone has a voice. Processes can be improved or changed, ideas are encouraged and you will have the team's trust from day one. This is a place where you can genuinely influence how the team develops.

Leading design risk management under CDM 2015

Culture is one of the biggest selling points. The business offers a relaxed but high-performing environment, with regular socials, client events and industry days such as Procore and other major sector gatherings.
Progression is rapid and based on ability, not years served. Several senior team members reached Associate level in their mid to late twenties because the company genuinely rewards talent. The business is also family-oriented, people-focused and prioritises creating a workplace that employees enjoy.
They maintain:
Weekly touch points
Monthly coffee catch-ups

45p per mile
Remote working
