As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Developing relationships and Recruitment opportunities with current and new clients over the phone. Evaluating clients' staffing requirements and determining the best solutions. Attracting new candidates, matching them with clients' vacancies, and promoting them effectively. Ensuring candidates are fully prepared for interviews and providing excellent after-service follow-up.

Managing the entire recruitment process, negotiating offers between clients and candidates.

Package:

• Basic Salary: 27,500 - 29,000 + Monthly & Yearly Bonus'
• Commission: Uncapped
• OTE: 35,000 - 65,000
