Project Manager - Fabrication required for an Offshore Wind Client based in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the electrical scope from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Oversee project planning, cost control, risk management, and progress reporting for all fabrication elements.
- Ensure alignment of engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation interfaces.
- Drive project execution and schedule in line with contractual, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Electrical, mechanical, marine, commissioning, HSE, quality) plus related contractors.
- Act as point of contact for fabrication matters within the OSP package facing the Employer.
- Represent the project in technical and progress meetings with Employer.
Requirements:
- EU candidates.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or similar.
- Further qualifications in Engineering Management or Offshore Project Delivery are beneficial.
- 8-12+ years' experience in structural or auxiliary systems design and/or construction for offshore infrastructure (wind, oil & gas, HVDC platforms, converter stations, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multi-vendor design scopes, package coordination, and interface control.
- Experience in design development oversight roles, especially with owner/operator or developer organisations.
- Familiarity with substation topside construction and auxiliary systems (firefighting, HVAC, internal structures, etc.)
