Sage Administrator Central London 3-month contract
My client in the IT services sector is seeking a Sage Administrator / Consultant for an initial three-month contract. This role will involve providing day-to-day, customer-facing support to Sage 200 users, as well as contributing to the implementation of Sage Intacct. The project is about to start and there is a high likelihood of an additional extension for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities of the Sage Administrator:
- Provide professional support for Sage users across the entire platform.
- Manage and resolve level 1 / 2 support tickets within deadlines.
- Support the implementation of Sage Intacct during migration from on prem to cloud.
- Handle basic debugging activities of the system when required.
Key experience of the Sage Administrator:
- Must have experience with Sage 200.
- Must have experience with Sage Intacct.
- Strong ability to deal with support tickets and perform troubleshooting.
- Must be able to work 2 days a week onsite in Central London.
