Finance Assistant

Location: Bloomsbury
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary (up to 3 months)
Pay: £18 per hour (+ holiday) (equivalent to £32,760 p/a)
Start Date: ASAP

Prospectus is proud to be assisting our client, an international university with a new London location, in their search for a temporary Finance Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Financial data entry and general bookkeeping.
• Timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Finance system use and maintenance (Xero).
• Supporting the wider finance team and liaising with other departments as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Recent experience in a relevant role, ideally within the higher education sector.
• High level of competence using Xero.
• Great organisation, strong attention to detail, and excellent accuracy.
• Confident understanding of finance processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
