Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Design e learning, blended learning and ILT modules.
- Use ADDIE/SAM methodologies.
- Develop assessments and digital content.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Education/Instructional Design/HRD.
- 5+ years corporate learning design experience.
