We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trade to join a well-established contractor carrying out void property repairs and refurbishment works to social housing properties across Daventry This is an ongoing temporary role offering regular work with the opportunity to join a busy team delivering high-quality void property maintenance and refurbishment projects. The role involves working on void social housing properties across Daventry, carrying out a range of plumbing and multi-trade repairs to prepare homes to a lettable standard. We welcome applications from Plumber Multi Traders, Multi Skilled Plumbers, Domestic Plumbers, Maintenance Plumbers, Multi Trade Operatives, Bathroom Fitters, Wet Room Fitters, Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters, Property Maintenance Operatives, and Repairs Operatives with experience working within social housing or domestic property maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and installations Install, repair, and replace toilets, basins, baths, showers, taps, sinks, and associated pipework Fit and refurbish wet rooms, including shower trays, level access systems, sanitaryware, and associated plumbing works Carry out bathroom refurbishments and plumbing alterations within void properties Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, blockages, and water system issues Complete minor carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and finishing works associated with plumbing installations Carry out repairs to kitchens and bathrooms as required Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and properties are returned to a lettable condition Work safely and effectively while maintaining a clean and tidy work area Complete all work in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standards Requirements: To have your own van To have your own tools Previous experience working as a Plumber Multi Trade Experience fitting wet rooms, bathrooms, and carrying out domestic plumbing repairs Competent in basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and other finishing trades associated with plumbing works Previous experience working on social housing void properties is highly desirable Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Benefits: Ongoing self-employed work Monday to Friday working Weekly pay (CIS payments available) Opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable contractor If you're interested in this Plumber Multi Trade role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed)
