You will work as part of a busy team supporting a range of functions including administration, customer service, document management, meeting coordination and data processing. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative and clerical support Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems Processing internal and external correspondence Data entry, record management and information retrieval Handling telephone and email enquiries Preparing letters, reports, presentations and other documents Arranging meetings and taking minutes when required Supporting finance, HR, customer service and general business support activities Providing front-line customer service where required Using Microsoft Office applications and Council IT systems Essential Skills & Experience Previous administration, clerical or office support experience Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organisational and time management abilities
