Electrician (MOBILE) - Social Housing (Temp-to-Perm)Locations: West London area (1 vacancy)Camden/Islington (2 vacancies)Rate: £24.92 per hour (PAYE) / £29.89 per hour (Umbrella)Type: TempWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Electrician to join the maintenance team of our client, delivering essential electrical services across social housing properties in the West London area for one vacancy and Camden/Islington for the other 2 vacancies. These are temp-to-perm opportunities offering long-term stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the local community.Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void social housing propertiesDiagnose faults and ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with current regulationsRespond to reactive call-outs and complete planned preventative maintenanceMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedRequirements:18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds)NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation/inspection or equivalentProven experience working in domestic settings, ideally within social housingFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the boroughStrong customer service skills and a professional approachWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly ratesOpportunity for permanent employment following the initial temporary periodSupportive working environment with ongoing training and development
