As an Assistant Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the assessment, planning, and evaluation of personalised healthcare for service users
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and providing accurate reports on patient conditions
  • Promoting choice and service user participation in clinical practice

About You

  • A Level 5 Foundation Degree in Assistant Practitioner (Healthcare)
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally within a specialist service like Neuro/Palliative care
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation impacting current practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassion and responsiveness to individuals in distress
