Job Description

Resourcer

  • Sourcing candidates
  • Making contact with new and interested candidates
  • Pre-Screening Applicants
  • Management and completion of candidate administration
  • Ensure that applicants are registered and selected in accordance with Company procedure and the hiring client's requirements
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience for all contacting Bright Selection
  • Answering inbound and making outbound telephone and teams calls
  • Client mapping and research
  • Liaising and working with consultants on research for new assignments
  • Support on social media campaigns and company events

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous relevant experience or previous admin experience
  • Flexibility in hours to support business requirements and attend meetings / training if required
  • Experience in working with AI
