Mortgage Advisor

Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with an independent mortgage agency based in central Bristol (BS1). Established five years ago, our client has built a strong reputation through their clear and direct philosophy - specialising in residential purchases, homeowner remortgages, and buy-to-let mortgages. They work closely with estate agencies across Bristol and the surrounding areas, generating a steady flow of organic, high-quality leads. With a dedicated team of Mortgage Advisors, Protection Advisors, and Administrators, this is a company that prides itself on its positive culture, high standards, and supportive team environment.

This is an in office Mortgage Advisor role offering the chance to join a high-performing, close-knit team where collaboration and energy are key. Youll have accessin-house leads each month, working with straightforward cases such as first-time buyers, residential purchases, and buy-to-lets, with no complex scenarios.

• Advise clients on a range of mortgage products including residential purchases, remortgages, and buy-to-let mortgages
• Manage and convert in-house leads from partnered estate agencies across Bristol and surrounding areas
• Deliver a professional, compliant, and customer-focused advisory service
• Work closely with Protection Advisors and Administrators to ensure smooth case progression
• Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up to date with industry changes
• Contribute positively to the office environment, supporting and motivating team members

• CeMAP qualification(minimum requirement)
• CAS statusessential
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a regulated environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, someone who adds value and thrives in a collaborative office
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Based within commutable distance of Bristol city centre (no on-site parking available)

• £30,000 basic salary,£40,000+ first year OTE, increasing each year with experience and performance
• All leads arefully in-house
• 6 work from home days per month
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (no weekends)
