Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and careProcessing orders and bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are correctMeeting call handling targets and responding promptly to all queriesMaintaining up-to-date customer records and following company proceduresEnsuring customer satisfaction by adhering to safety and service standardsCollaborating with your team and seeking opportunities for personal growthCommunicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
