Are you passionate about inspiring young minds in Science? Do you have experience working with secondary-aged students and the confidence to lead a classroom? We are seeking a Science Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in the NN4 area of Northampton.

As a Science Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared Science lessons across KS3-KS4

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment

• Support pupils in understanding lesson content and completing tasks

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Work closely with the Science department and wider school team

• Step into general cover when required

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident in leading a classroom and engaging students

• Passionate about Science and education

• Experienced working with young people (school-based experience desirable)

• Calm, organised, and able to manage behaviour effectively

• A strong communicator with good rapport-building skills

• Adaptable and reliable
