What You'll Be Doing: Partnering with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on optical solutions (Ansys Zemax OpticStudio, Ansys Speos and Ansys Lumerical). Delivering technical presentations, demos, and hands-on workshops to showcase product capabilities and value. Providing in-depth technical support throughout the product life cycle, including troubleshooting, optimization, and integration assistance for Ansys Zemax OpticStudio. Collaborating with internal R&D teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements. Developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization. What You'll Need: MS in Physics/Optical Engineering or related field Strong knowledge in Optical Design Strong proficiency in commercial optical software tool, Ansys Zemax OpticStudio Solid understanding of optimization methods Experience with python Ability to analyse and debug complex technical issues in customer environments.
