HR Manager

Salary: £45,000 £50,000
Location: Tewkesbury (Onsite, Full-Time)

About the Role
We re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to lead and deliver effective HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR function, drive best practice, and support a growing business.

What You ll Do

  • Act as a trusted HR partner, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Embed a high-performance culture through clear KPIs and appraisal processes.
  • Deliver HR dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Support change management and cultural transformation projects.

What We re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
