You'll be working with a well-established social housing provider operating across the Corby and Kettering area. Known for delivering high-quality maintenance services, the organisation is expanding its team to meet growing demand for void property refurbishments and reactive repairs.
Your new role
As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for electrical work across void properties and tenanted homes. This includes rewires, repairs, and general maintenance tasks. The role operates Monday to Friday, with a 1-in-4 week callout rota and opportunities for overtime. A company van is provided for daily travel across sites.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2 Certification
• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Previous experience in social housing or similar maintenance environments
• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards
