We are looking for someone with; An in depth, up to date knowledge of taxation with experience of advising entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses & PE-backed groups. Experience of advising on M&A transactions (e.g. tax structuring and/or due diligence, buy and sell-side). Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection. Ability to provide Corporation Tax C ompliance and Advisory services to a wide range of clients using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools. An active interest in developing the team, both technically and commercially, through effective delegation and acting as a role model. An understanding of potential risks to the Firm in relation to the Firm's quality control procedures. Experience of leading complex projects and dealing with complex tax issues. Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
