You may currently be working for a national surfacing contractor, a principal highways contractor, or a regional infrastructure firm - but you'll know what it means to lead crews in a live road environment and how to get the job done properly, not just quickly. We're working with a leading construction and property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile commercial office (new build and fit out) and residential projects, delivering best-in-class cost consultancy services. Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor Lead cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services Manage client relationships and support project delivery from inception to completion Oversee junior team members and support their development Ensure timely reporting and risk management across multiple projects Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS qualified (or advanced APC candidates considered) Proven consultancy experience across sectors (commercial office and residential preferred) Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor 70,000 - 80,000 salary 27 days annual leave + 3-day Christmas break + public holidays Paid professional subscriptions 5% pension, healthcare & private medical insurance What Happens Next?
