The role
A Customer Service and Travel Advisor is required to join the East London, Whitechapel team to manage customer bookings and deliver excellent service. The successful candidate will provide support across all aspects of the customer journey, liaise with suppliers, and assist with general office duties.
You will take responsibility for:
Helping customers book travel arrangements for Hajj, Umrah, and other group travel
Liaising with suppliers, airlines, and accommodation providers
Processing group travel bookings efficiently and accurately
Responding to customer complaints and queries promptly
Managing general office duties and administrative tasks
Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:
Previous customer-facing experience, recent graduate, or strong passion for travel and hospitality
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond efficiently to queries
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
Travel or hospitality experience
Knowledge of travel booking systems
