Position: Customer Services and Central Administration Officer
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Office-based in London N4 with the flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.
Salary: Starting from £26,384 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Salary Band and Job Family: Band 1, Charity
You'll start at the entry point salary of £26,384 per annum, increasing to £28,033 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £29,682 after a further 6 months.

They are looking for three motivated and friendly Customer Services and Central Administration Officers to join their team and provide outstanding customer support.
As a Customer Services and Central Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers of this organisation, providing them with a professional and efficient service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience with contacting this charity. You willl also be responsible for processing a wide range of different income types and supporting with the reconciliation process.
