Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years education
• Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with staff and parents to support children's progress

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Experience working in an early year setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
