Your new role Telephone calls and provide information for ongoing auditsTyping/formatting correspondence using Encompass and/or MedSpeech. Send Inbasket messages as appropriate.Processing new patient referrals and managing Encompass Workqueues (waiting list) for team, including the new patient, and reviewing patient and DNA lists.Maintain Team/Consultant caseloads using the Encompass System.Provide statistics to the Admin Team Lead on a weekly/monthly basis as requested.
