About the Role:
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting our busy client-facing account management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing applications and CVs through our VMS system
Collaborating with hiring managers and suppliers to ensure roles are filled promptly
Juggling multiple requests via email, phone, and the VMS system
Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour
This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same! You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy multitasking and can handle challenges with grace. Your ability to engage in meaningful conversations will be vital, especially when navigating difficult discussions.
