Job Description

Our well-established client based in the Birmingham area are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties include:

  • Phone customers for payments
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Process payments daily
  • Chase debt via telephone, email, and letter
  • Raise credit notes
  • Manage customer accounts

The ideal candidate will have a position, can-do attitude. They will be experienced in Credit Control and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
