NonStop Care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager within Children's residential, family assessment or local authority settings, to join a Good Ofsted family assessment centre based in West Sussex, right by the beach! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to try something new.

Responsibilities of this position include;

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure children and families have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Manage a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.

Requirements;

• Residential childcare management experience or Family assessment experience
• Local authority safeguarding or assesement team manager also accepted
• Up to date DBS
• Level 4 or 5 management qualification in Residential Childcare or Equivalent
