A large secondary school in the Fareham area is seeking an English Teacher for a long-term temporary role starting in January. This is not day-to-day cover, but a sustained post within an established English department that values consistency, collaboration and well-planned teaching.
The department is experienced and well organised, with shared planning and agreed approaches that allow teachers to teach confidently. Lessons are structured, behaviour expectations are clear and support is in place for teachers joining partway through the year.
