As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Making high-volume outbound calls, following up on enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and managing accounts effectively
- Spotting opportunities to upsell additional waste and environmental services
- Supporting the setup of new accounts, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance
- Collaborating with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth service delivery
As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your experience will include: - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively
- IT proficiency across MS Office and internal systems
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls
