Our client is looking for a driven Property Manager for their Luton branch.

We're looking for a confident and skilled Property Manager to join an energetic team. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality portfolio while developing your expertise in a professional and encouraging environment.

As our business expands across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire, this position will focus on properties within these areas.

Our Property Managers spend much of their time on the move, visiting properties and handling a variety of tasks. From urgent cleaning and minor repairs to taking out rubbish, you'll need to be hands-on and ready for a physically active role that goes far beyond sitting at a desk.

Key Responsibilities: Property Manager

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Conduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary maintenance
• Handle tenant communications, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
• Be prepared to do what's needed (cleaning, maintenance, rubbish removal) to get the property ready before a tenant moves in.

Skills and Experience: Property Manager

• Property management: 2 years (required)
  

• Proven experience in property management or lettings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
• Proficiency in property management software and IT systems
• A valid driver's licence (required)
