Job Title: Deputy Director of HR
Day Rate: 600 - 650 per day inside IR35
Contract Length: 12 Months

Roles Available:
1. Deputy Director - Organisation Design & Change
- Lead organisational design initiatives through to 2027 integration with NHS England.
- Advise senior leaders on complex design challenges.
- Drive change initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a small OD team in a matrix structure.
2. Deputy Director - Pay, Reward & People Transition
- Develop and implement a pay and reward strategy for the future DHSC.
- Oversee annual pay awards and governance for senior executives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions.
- Lead the employee relations function during transitions.
