Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of banking? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Static Data Control specialist to join their dynamic team! Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input & Maintenance: Accurately input static data related to customer registration and account maintenance across all BI systems, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Efficiency Champion: Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest evidence-based enhancements to workflows and processes.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor incoming Swift messages for SSI notifications, ensuring timely updates in applicable settlement systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams including Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, and Treasury to manage relationships and promote quality service.
• Data Analysis & Cleansing: Identify and resolve data issues, conducting regular data cleansing tasks to uphold data integrity.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring any issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
• Reporting & Documentation: Contribute to desktop procedure updates and provide analysis to highlight error trends and improvement areas.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a deadline-driven role, particularly in banking or finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyse data effectively. Familiarity with BI systems is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to process detailed information quickly while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Self-Motivated: Energetic, flexible, and collaborative attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
