What you'll need Proven experience in social housing repairs/voids surveying. Strong working knowledge of building pathology, NHF Schedule of Rates, and repairs legislation/guidance. Confident with handhelds/IT systems and clear written reporting. Ability to travel across Wandsworth for site visits (driving licence preferred). Relevant trade/technical qualification (e.g., HNC/HND) and Asbestos Awareness (desirable).
