Opportunity with a London local authority, ideal for candidates with social housing, voids, repairs, maintenance, compliance admin, Excel, SharePoint and Teams experience.

Are you an organised administrator with housing, repairs or property data experience? This is a great short-term contract with the possibility of extension based on strong performance, supporting the smooth turnaround of empty homes.

You'll keep voids records accurate, trackers updated and teams informed, helping the service stay on top of key property updates from day one.

• Update voids trackers, records and housing/repairs systems.
• Maintain accurate data across IWorld, SharePoint and Teams.
• Track status changes, completion dates and key notes.
• Flag missing or inconsistent information quickly.
• Support surveyors, managers and operational teams with admin and reporting.

• Strong administration and data accuracy skills.
• Experience in housing, repairs, voids, maintenance or property services.
• Confident using Excel, Outlook, Teams and trackers/databases.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage busy workloads.
• Clear communicator who can liaise with internal teams and contractors.
