Customer Service Adviser

Our client, a family-run business based near Ware, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their energetic team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing company, ideal for someone with experience in a customer service environment. This successful candidate will be required to work onsite 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This role is offering a competitive salary of 26,000- 28,000 depending on experience.

Due to the location of our client, own transport is required.

Role Involves:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms
• Ensure all orders are processed daily
• Maintaining the customer database
• Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Identify trends within the business to improve our overall customer experience
• Ensure that delivery is completed by the committed OTIF (On Time In Full) promise date.
