Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Temporary (ongoing until at least May 2025)

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing a friendly, professional experience? We're looking for a 'Customer Service Advisor' to join our client's busy team in Smethwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where training is provided and your contribution really matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the warm, helpful voice customers hear when they call.
• Handle incoming calls and manage the shared inbox.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Investigate and resolve queries, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with invoice queries (attention to detail is key!)
• Work proactively on the phones and follow instructions effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay proactive and organised in a busy environment.
• Problem-solving skills for query resolution.
• Some previous customer service experience is essential!
