Remote (candidates need to be based Midlands / central England (North of London) )

Salary up to £75,000 DOE + electric/hybrid vehicle or allowance + remote or hybrid / flexible working + 15-22% bonus structure + private medical insurance + professional fees covered + company benefits

Due to sustained growth and increasing demand for their expertise, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their team.

You'll be working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on insurance-related reinstatement works. The role offers real responsibility, exposure to complex instructions, and the chance to act as lead consultant from instruction through to completion.

The Role
  • Deliver building surveying and consultancy services across a broad range of projects
  • Undertake inspections, measured surveys and defect investigations
  • Diagnose building issues and develop practical repair solutions
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications and drawings
  • Manage projects from tender stage through to completion
  • Act as contract administrator under recognised forms of contract
  • Apply current legislation including Building Regulations, CDM, Party Wall and Planning
  • Work autonomously while contributing to team growth and business development
About You
  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong background in project management, contract administration
  • Experience and understanding of CAD, CDM Regs 2015, The Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Building Regulation and Planning Legislation
