As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping project success from inception to completion. You'll lead on cost planning, contract management, and strategic commercial advice, while building strong client relationships and influencing outcomes that drive real value.
Working on a wide range of projects, you'll have experience working for Main Contractors on large projects, and will have NEC & JCT project experience
What You'll Do:

Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projectsProvide expert commercial and financial guidance to clientsPrepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studiesOversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and paymentsMaximise cost efficiency and project profitabilityManage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
What You'll Bring:
Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)Main Contractor experience Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract stagesStrong negotiation and communication skillsCommercial awareness with a strategic mindsetA proactive, results-driven approach and ability to leadA collaborative attitude and professional presence
