Job Description

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator to join their clients team in Shaftesbury!

Key Responsibilities -

  • Main contact for service and maintenance bookings, scheduling engineers, and handling customer queries.
  • Manage engineer diaries, reports, timesheets, and expenses.
  • Order equipment, raise purchase orders, and process subcontractor works.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
  • Assist with calls, coordination, and general office tasks.

Personal Requirements -

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Good organisational and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
