• Excellent Earnings: Salary of up to 40,000 per annum, plus premium overtime.

• Premium Overtime: 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at 1.5x (time and a half)

  Flexible Shifts: Choose between a standard 5 days at 42.5 hours or a compressed 4 days at 39 hours per week.

As a vital part of the team in Christchurch, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. This role is perfect for a meticulous Mechanic who takes pride in their work.

• Carry out all MOT tests strictly in line with VOSA / DVSA guidelines.

• Ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes while maintaining consistent product quality.

• Identify and advise on any additional work needed, always prioritising customer safety and our Duty of Care obligations.

• Provide outstanding service to customers and actively support a collaborative dealership environment.

To successfully join our team as a Vehicle Technician in Christchurch, you must demonstrate deep mechanical knowledge and possess:

• A valid MOT Testing qualification is absolutely essential.

• Proven experience as an MOT Tester or in a similar automotive industry role.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively as a skilled Mechanic.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

• A current, full UK driving licence (subject to licence checks).
