Pay: £16-£19 per hour (DOE)
Shifts: Day & Night
Hays is recruiting experienced Labourers for multiple temporary projects at Gatwick Airport starting January 2026. Work could include:- Retail logistics
- Demolition and retail strip-out work
- Fit out projects
- Assisting Tradespeople where required
- Moving materials

Requirements
You will have previously worked as a Labourer. A valid CSCS Card is essential. You will be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. As part of the assignment, Hays will issue you a full airside pass. This process can take several weeks and requires: Photo ID, 5-year checkable work history (inc. references), Basic DBS Check.
