As a Frontline Advisor you ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support with a wide range of issues from housing and employment to benefits, debt, Employment and consumer rights. You ll listen, provide accurate information, and empower people to make informed decisions.

What you ll be doing:

• Providing clear, practical, and confidential advice to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.

• Identifying key issues and offering guidance or signposting to relevant services.

• Keeping accurate case notes and ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service.

• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and passionate team.

What I'm looking for:

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental approach with a genuine desire to help others.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in advice, customer service, or a support environment is essential.

• Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
