On-Boarding Associate

Our client, a prominent organisation in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking a dedicated On-Boarding Associate to join their team on a contract basis in Portsmouth. This role falls under the Shared Services business unit and involves hybrid working arrangements, with 2-3 days per week spent on-site.

• Facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires within the Defence and Security sector
• Coordinating administrative tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the on-boarding process
• Liaising with various departments to ensure all necessary on-boarding steps are completed
• Providing support and guidance to new employees regarding company policies and procedures
• Handling any on-boarding queries and resolving issues promptly
• Ensuring compliance with security requirements and protocols
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of on-boarding processes

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the Defence and Security sector
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Strong communication skills for liaising with different departments and new hires
• Understanding of compliance and security protocols
• BPSS security clearance or the ability to obtain it
