About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on a part-time, fully remote basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage AP processes with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate banking records.
• Oversee payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close processes.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.
• Proven experience in bank reconciliations, banking, and AP processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
