The HR Advisor plays a key role in delivering a proactive, high-quality and customer-focused HR service to Dukes Aldridge Academy. Working closely with the HR Partner, Academy leaders and managers, the postholder will provide professional advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring The role is responsible for supporting the full employee cycle along (onboarding, probation, absence, ER) with strong system and process administration while building positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a culture where colleagues feel supported to perform at their best.
