Job Description:

PSR Solutions is seeking a reliable and dedicated Traffic Marshall for a long-term project in the Winchester area. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
• Monitor and record all site visitors.
• Direct traffic within the site to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a log of deliveries and site activities.
• Perform regular security checks around the site perimeter.
• Assist with general site duties as required.
• General Labouring duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Traffic Marshall ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
